Sales Coordinator/Customer Service
SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS: Dual functional role with sales support / marketing and customer service support.
Major responsibilities and duties:
· Multi-purpose position responsible for sales support/marketing/customer service; placing and monitoring advertising; trade show schedules; sales statistics / CRM; customer service role for order entry.
· In customer service role, enter orders, assure proper paperwork & documentation accompanies all orders (C/A’s, commercial invoices, NAFTA certificates, etc.). All customer requirements are met primarily according to a bank of assigned customers.
· Serve as backup for all customer service duties in the absence of a customer service rep.
· Preparation of PowerPoint and Excel presentations for sales reports.
· Plannings trade show attendance, expenses, and presentation.
· Manage membership in trade associations.
· Market and customer communications of new products and services.
· Newsletter content.
· Maintain web page with updates according to direction from German parent
· Trade journal publications and advertisements according to the approved budget.
· Assist in creating technical/promotional literature.
· Update technical and promotional literature as directed.
· Willing to assist in any administrative support duties as assigned by ABI Management.
· Work with vendors on promotional material and printing of business cards.
Level - B.S. degree, experience preferred
