Qualifications:
• Experience helpful, but not necessary- Complete PAID training provided!
• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid PA Driver's License
• Ability to pass background checks, physical, TB (ALL company paid!)

Job Description:

A position as a Job Coach entails supporting people with disabilities to learn, to accommodate, and perform their work duties in their place of employment. A Job Coach may work with individuals one-on-one and/or in a small group setting. A Job Coach also helps individuals develop interpersonal skills necessary in the workplace. The Job Coach will assess the individual's strengths and needs or may rely on a completed assessment. A Job Coach may visit the place of employment to understand the requirements of the job and work environment. This position will work with an individual both in and outside of the workplace, as it is important to assist and prepare the individual for the workplace in advance.

This position reports directly to the Employment Supervisor and interacts with other members of the Employment Department, agency departments, and outside entities such as the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (OVR) and Supports Coordination Organizations (SCOs). The Job Coach has the overall responsibility for the health, safety, and welfare of the individuals who are in the process of seeking competitive integrated employment.
