Automotive Technician

Auto Auction of Montana is a family owned company that has been in operation for over four decades. We are the largest independent auction in the Northwest. Our automotive technicians perform inspections, repairs, maintenance, and other customer requested services.

Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repair on customer vehicles.
• Road testing and vehicle inspections including frame check, engine, transmission, electrical, A/C, steering, ABS, 4-wheel drive, odometer, fluid leak, suspension, sunroof, and more.
• Identify problems with vehicles using diagnostic equipment.
• Test the functionality of parts and systems.
• Perform basic auto care and maintenance tasks such as oil changes, fluid level checks, and tire rotation.
• Repair and replace brake pads, wheel bearings, sensors and other parts.
• Help keep repair shop clean and organized.

ASE certification preferred.

We offer Monday through Friday day shifts (no weekends!).

$20-$34 per hour DOE.
