Job Responsibilities:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, trouble-shooting and repairs on electrical equipment systems, HVAC equipment, plumbing systems, windows, screens, and doors. Additionally, this position appliance replacement and taking part in snow removal.
Pay rate is $21.75 - $28.75, depending on experience.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience preferred, but not required for this position.
- Regular attendance is an essential part of this job.
