Human Resource Manager
Continental Ticking Corporation of America is seeking a Human Resource Manager needed for its textile company in Alamance County. This position will report directly to the Company President. This is a bilingual position, applicant must speak, read & write Spanish.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Recruits, interviews, hires new staff for all company departments.
- Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
- Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.

- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Proficient with Clarity (human resource software) as well as SAP accounting software.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- A minimum of three years of human resource management experience preferred.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP Certification highly desired.
