Human Resource Manager
Continental Ticking Corporation of America is seeking a Human Resource Manager needed for its textile company in Alamance County. This position will report directly to the Company President.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
•Recruits, interviews, hires new staff for all company departments.
•Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
•Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.

•Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
•Proficient with Clarity (human resource software) as well as SAP accounting software.
Education and Experience:
•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
•A minimum of three years of human resource management experience preferred.
•SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP Certification highly desired; proficiency in Spanish a must.
