Faculty and Academic Affairs Resource Manager
Elon University is currently accepting applications for a Faculty and Academic Affairs Resource Manager to provide oversight and management of all Academic Affairs personnel documentation and records, including preparation, processing, and tracking of new hires, coordination of Promotion and Tenure reviews and recommendations, and preparation of salary spreadsheets, letters of agreement, and contracts. The Faculty and Academic Affairs Resource Manager also assists in providing sound fiscal oversight, management, and reporting for Academic Affairs. This position reports directly to the Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs but works closely with the Senior Associate Provost, Human Resources, academic deans, and Institutional Research. Bachelor's degree from an appropriately accredited institution and a minimum of five years' experience related to the area of assignment, of which at least one is supervisory; or equivalent combination of training and experience. This position must have a good understanding of the goals and mission of the division and a thorough understanding of programs and units within the division.
