Summary of Duties: 

The Processor will be required to perform a variety of duties, both clerical and technical, as is common to mortgage processing. Major duties include working with others to confirm closing fees and produce closing documents timely and accurately.

Primary Responsibilities and Job Functions:

• Work with third party vendors to confirm all costs associated with closing a mortgage loan
• Compare actual closing costs to disclosed costs and ensure accurate tolerance cures are given and tracked
• Prepare accurate initial Closing Disclosures in a timely manner so pre-scheduled closing dates can be met
• Prepare accurate closing packages, including the final Closing disclosure and provide to the third party conducting the closing
• Assist in providing required documentation for investor, MI, and internal audits
• Daily processing of mortgage funding from secondary market investors
• Back-up for secondary market lock desk
• Other duties as may be assigned
• Responsible for adhering to compliance laws, regulations, and established Bank policies and procedures, including Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering.
