IT Band B - Systems Analyst

· Deals with virtualized and physical servers, data center appliances and hosted applications

· Assists with network management and provides consultation and support for LAN/WAN/Wireless issues statewide as needed

· Establishes and implements security solutions that defends against cyber security threats and any other IT vulnerabilities within the organizational assets

· Provides technical planning for technical equipment and IT projects in HSPLS information systems, record management, networks and computer facilities

· Controls systems analysis for statewide library applications; reviews and coordinates all systems development activity and provides consultation on development-related matters

The IT sector of the Hawaii State Public Library System (HSPLS) is located on the 2nd floor of the Salt Lake-Moanalua Public Library.
