Maintenance Technician
Seeking an experienced Maintenance/Construction Professional to join our Property Management team. The candidate must be self-motivated, reliable, and great team player.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for performance/profitability/bottom line for Maintenance Division
- Coordinate, schedule, & supervise existing maintenance staff
- Be able to diagnose basic problems and repairs in the areas of HVAC, electrical, appliances, plumbing, & carpentry
- Review current procedures/policies and make recommendations to achieve efficiencies & eliminate redundancy
- Ability to communicate effectively with management team, vendors, and property owners
- Ability to solicit & compare vendor bids and make recommendations
- Supervision of subcontractors for remodeling/light construction projects
- Job Costing/Job Estimating

This is a full-time position available and offers a competitive salary, 401k, & flex spending. Applicant must have a valid driver’s license. A company vehicle will be provided and may be driven to and from work.
