Customer Services Specialist
Montezuma County Department of Social Services has an opening for one Customer Services Specialist.
SALARY: $16.89/hour plus Health, Dental, Vision, Life, EAP, HSA Insurance, 10 paid Holidays, Paid Annual and Sick Leave and a 401K match.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following:
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
Coordinates and schedules/re-schedules appointments with appropriate staff, update calendar and appointment book
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office, keeps accurate record of incoming clients.
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries in a timely manner
Operate a variety of standard office machines, including a personal computer and a variety of computer software, phone, fax, calculator, shredding machine, scanner and photocopy machine.
Issue EBT (Electronic Benefit Transaction) Cards.
Education/Experience: Six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Computer Skills a plus.
