Administrative Program Manager
Oregon Tech is seeking applications for a Administrative Program Specialist (Clinic Manager) in the Humanities and Social Sciences department. The Administrative Program Specialist (Clinic Manager) will work under the direction of the Clinic Director in providing management and leadership to our clinic team. The Clinic Manager will manage and coordinate daily operations for the BIG ABA clinic. Duties of this position include oversight of inventory and supplies, clinic budget management, compliance, and customer service. The incumbent in this position will assist with scheduling, filing, billing, answering various inquiries, record management, and general operation of the clinic including daily interactions with clients and staff.
Preferred Qualifications: Two years of experience as an administrative specialist or executive support specialist which included administrative support for a project, program, or operation. Administrative support includes those duties beyond clerical/secretarial such as: interpretation of laws, rules, and regulations; administrative data collection and analysis; and evaluation of projects, processes, and operations; OR an equivalent combination of training and experience. One year of post-secondary education may be substituted for up to one year of the experience.
Additional Requirements: * Two years experience in a health care setting * Ability to handle sensitive client information with confidentiality * Highly organized with the ability to pivot to new tasks quickly * Excellent customer service skills * Experience with children and/or individuals with disabilities * Experience with word-processing and excel
