Public Health Nurse II - Clinic/Communicable Disease
DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Assists in all clinic areas: TB, STD/HIV, Communicable Disease, Immunizations, Family Planning, and Preparedness. May coordinate in a specific program and/or work as an enhanced role nurse. Serves as reference for TB related issues for other staff.
Public Health Nurse II - Case Management
DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Performs case management for children (CMARC) and high-risk pregnant women (CMHRP). Ensures all high risk pregnant Medicaid women and children birth to age five who qualify for case management are followed according to State Contract and DMA guidelines.
MINIMUM TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE FOR BOTH POSITIONS: A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina by the NC Board of Nursing. One year of public health nursing experience (required to fully qualify) and Current North Carolina Driver's License.
Salary is based on experience.
