Experienced Commercial Roofers

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofer to join our team at Rufis Dunright. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial roofing and be capable of working independently or as part of a team to complete roofing projects efficiently and to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain various types of commercial roofing systems including flat roofs, low-slope roofs, and metal roofs.
• Conduct inspections to assess roofing needs, identify issues, and recommend solutions.
• Measure and cut roofing materials to fit specific dimensions.
• Install insulation and vapor barriers as needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior roofers as needed.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicles in good condition.

Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge of various roofing materials, techniques, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work at heights.
