This position oversees and is responsible for all I\DD and TBI clinical activities, including the proper provision of covered Medicaid, State-funded, and innovations and TBI waiver services to members and recipients. Developing clinical practice standards, clinical policies and procedures that interface with, utilization management, pharmacy, population health and care management, and quality management oversight of I\DD and TBI benefits integration.
Requires Doctorate level Clinical Psychologist, Developmental Pediatrician, or Psychiatrist with appropriate expertise in I\DD and TBI. Must be fully licensed in North Carolina as a Psychologist, MD, or DO. Must reside in North Carolina.
