Sandhills Center is a Local Management Entity-Managed Care Organization (LME-MCO) serving people in eleven counties in central North Carolina. Remote or Hybrid positions. Travel is required with in-person visits. throughout the catchment area.
             
IDD Care Coordinator: The I\DD Care Coordinator is responsible for providing comprehensive care coordination and monitoring (to individuals having a primary Developmental Disability. Must be a QDDP.
Engagement Specialist: IDD/MH Engagement Specialist is responsible for assisting care managers with care management functions.
