Provider Network Operations Coordinator
The Provider Network Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing oversight in the development and management of the Provider Health Network. This position will maintain a leadership interface with providers, independent practitioners, and subcontracters on an ongoing basis and will meet with the administration of provider agencies as needed to clarify, facilitate and mediate issues, such as sanctions, provider grievances, or issues related to meeting the contract compliance goals and the goals of the Health Network Department.
Master's degree in a Human Services field and at least three years of experience in MH/SU/IDD with one year of experience in Network Operations, Business Operations or Compliance Oversight. Or, a Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field and at least 5 years of experience in MH/SU/IDD with 2 years in Network Operations, Business Operations or Compliance Oversight. Experience in a managed care environment is preferred.
