Licensed Call Center Clinician - Bilingual: Clinician serves as the point of access for individuals, screening requests for services, and perform triage and referral.

TCLI Licensed Clinician: Performs diversion functions and care coordination to SMI\SMPI members.

Licensed Care Coordinator: Care Coordination for Adult and Child members.

External Care Management Manager: Assists the External Care Management Director with management and supervision of the External Care Management Unit. Includes RN and LMFT.
