Location: Greensboro

Hiring Annual Salary Range: $43,788 – $46,920

Duties: The Computer Support Technician will be responsible for providing on-going support for all computer, laptop and mobile users and to assist the IT Team in the overall technical support of the Sandhills Center staff at all of our locations including managing the Information Technology Help Desk and incident tracking system.

Minimum Qualifications: The position requires graduation from high school and four years of experience in the use of computing and information technology resources; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

Preferred Qualifications: Prefer two year college degree with courses in Information Technology or Network Engineering and four years’ experience in dealing extensively with computer hardware and software in a computer help desk support role with hardware and software certifications.

Familiar With: TCP/IP topology, Windows 10, MS Office 2016, Windows Server 2019, Active Directory User Creation, Groups and NTFS Rights, Barracuda SPAM, Landesk Suite with AV and Dell DES, Print Servers, Xerox Copiers, HP Printers, Android & Apple Tablet/Phone, WIFI and end user support, Cisco VOIP Telephony, Equipment inventory systems, CUCM, CUCS, and JitBit ticketing system.
