Special Projects Coordinator
Special Projects Coordinator - will plan, coordinate, lead and execute duties related to the delivery of special projects and activities of a non-profit, human services organization that provides programs and services to older adults. Job duties include the engagement/recruitment and coordination of volunteers. This is a temporary position, based on availability of grant funds for approximately 30 hours/week. It's estimated the position will be retained for 9-12 months. Candidates must possess excellent human relations skills, exceptional oral and written communication skills and demonstrated ability to build community partnerships and collaborations. Experience in volunteer engagement is preferred. Proficient use of Microsoft Office products is required. Bachelor's degree in human services, social work or related field preferred; and/or comparable experience.
