S3C Upholsterer

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Expected to take initiative and be proactive.
2. Able to read and understand shop orders, production schedules and follow written or verbal instructions.
3. Meet and exceed Syntec's expectations (safety, quality, productivity)
4. Identify and separate nonconforming parts (defective).
5. Report issues to maintenance as needed and make supervisor aware.
6. Must be able to read shop order
7. Must be able to identify all S3C square back frames.
8. Must be able to install S3C cover on properly
9. Check to ensure your own Quality
10. Must follow all safety rules and regulations.
11. Housekeeping (5S) throughout and end of shift.
12. Must be punctual.
13. Other duties as required.

PPE Requirements:

1.Safety glasses and hearing protection is required and provided.
2. Safety shoes are required and are to be purchased by the employee

Language Skills:

1. Basic understanding of English language.
2. Bilingual is a plus

Physical Requirements

1. Must be able to lift 40+ lbs repetitively.
2. Must be able to stand the entire shift.
3. Position requires bending, stooping, stretching and reaching.

Education and/or Experience Level

1. High school diploma/GED preferred.
2. Effective communication skills.
3. Self-starter and well organized.
4. Should be able to work well in a multicultural environment.
5. Experience in a manufacturing facility.
6. Basic knowledge of computer use.
7. Flexible to perform multiple job functions and duties.

S3C Tapicero

Deberes y responsabilidades:

1. Se espera que tome la iniciativa y sea proactivo.
2. Capaz de leer y comprender pedidos, horarios de producción, y seguir instrucciones escritas o verbales.
3. Cumplir y superar las expectativas de Syntec (seguridad, calidad, productividad).
4. Identificar y separar las partes no conformes (defectuosas).
5. Reportar problemas a mantenimiento según sea necesario e informar al supervisor.
6. Debe poder leer pedidos.
7. Debe poder identificar todos los marcos traseros cuadrados S3C.
8. Debe poder colocar la cubierta S3C correctamente
9. Comprobar su propia calidad.
10. Debe seguir todas las reglas y regulaciones de seguridad.
11. Limpieza (5S) durante todo el turno y al final.
12. Debe ser puntual.
13. Otros deberes según se requiera.

Requisitos de PPE:

1. Se requieren y proporcionan gafas de seguridad y protección auditiva.
2. Se requieren zapatos de seguridad y los debe comprar el empleado.

Habilidades lingüísticas:

1. Comprensión básica del idioma inglés.
2. Bilingüe es una ventaja.

Requerimientos físicos:

1. Debe poder levantar más de 40 libras repetidamente.
2. Debe ser capaz de estar de pie todo el turno.
3. Doblarse, agacharse, estirarse y alcanzar.

Nivel de educación y / o experiencia:

1. Diploma de escuela secundaria / GED preferido.
2. Habilidades de comunicación efectiva.
3. Emprendedor y bien organizado.
4. Debe poder trabajar bien en un entorno multicultural.
5. Experiencia en una instalación de fabricación.
6. Conocimientos básicos de uso de computador.
7. Flexible para realizar múltiples funciones y deberes.
