Building Maintenance Technician
The Town of Longmeadow, MA is seeking qualified applicants for the FT positions of Building Maintenance Technician. M-F 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. Performs semi-skilled interior and exterior building maintenance and repairs such as painting, floor covering, minor plumbing, carpentry, mechanical and other trades work. Requires working knowledge of hazards and safety precautions common to municipal maintenance and repairs activities. Knowledge of practices, methods, material and tools used in modern equipment and facilities maintenance. Ability to manage multiple projects.
- High School Diploma/GED. Must have and maintain valid driver’s license.
- Salary Range $19.75- $24.24 per hour DOQ/DOE; excellent benefits and county pension system.
