Head Women's Soccer Coach



Responsibility for coaching, recruiting student athletics, conducting and supervising regular practice sessions and contests, supervision of assistant and volunteer assistant coaches, monitoring academic progress and fundraising.

Requirements: Bachelor's required, 2-3 years successful soccer coaching experience.


Job Summary

Oversees all aspects of a sports program. Recruits athletes, mentors athletes, fosters athletic, emotional, and academic group of student athletes. Oversees sports equipment, practice plans and schedules, skill development, designs coaching strategies. Oversees public and media relations. Coordinates team travel and schedule. Adheres to all rules and regulations. Oversees assistant coaching staff.


Essential Functions

Coaching, recruiting, the potential to teach Physical Education classes (basketball and volleyball), and working Summer Camps.
