- Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products..
- Completes sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
- Maintains sales staff by selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Maintains sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements:
- Must have at least 2 to 5 years of successful experience as an auto sales representative!
- At Least 2 Years Prior Automotive Used Car Sales Management experience
- Ability to encourage others to meet sales goals
- Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a "people person")
- Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency.
- Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Must possess the ability to "close"
- Professional appearance
- Knowledge of Secondary Finance a must.
