Litigation Attorney

Weiss Brown, a business and litigation boutique law firm, is looking for an attorney with 5 - 10 years of experience to work on complex commercial litigation matters. Applicants should have substantial experience in researching and drafting motions, drafting and responding to discovery, taking and defending depositions, and ideally, appearing and arguing in court. Applicants should also have experience managing matters and client relationships. Among other things, the firm values humility, the need for autonomy, and building genuine relationships with both clients and colleagues. Must be licensed in Arizona or qualify for Admission on Motion. Competitive benefits and salary commensurate with experience.
